Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Quick Bill Convert ("the Service"), operated by Quick Bill Convert ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Bill Convert is a web-based application that parses financial documents — including bills, receipts, invoices, statements, paychecks, and other financial records — into structured, machine-readable data. The Service includes document upload, AI-powered parsing, cross-document intelligence features, and data export functionality.

3. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting support.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and paid subscription plans with additional features. Details of each plan, including pricing and feature availability, are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to process documents you do not have authorization to access
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a manner that degrades performance for other users

6. Your Documents and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

For details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive for high parsing accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that extracted data will be 100% accurate in all cases. You are responsible for verifying parsed data before relying on it for financial, tax, legal, or other critical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Quick Bill Convert and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Bill Convert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
