We offer a full refund within 30 days of any paid subscription purchase. No questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. This applies to all paid plans (Pro and Pro+).
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
- Email us at support@quickbillconvert.com with your account email and the reason for the refund (optional)
- Contact Paddle (our payment provider) directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, handles all refund processing.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled and your account will revert to the free tier. You will retain access to the free tier features (20 parses per month). Any data you have already exported remains yours.
Free Tier
The free tier of Quick Bill Convert does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. You can use the free tier indefinitely at no cost.
